63 moons technologies filed an H1 FY27 investor update received from 63SATS Cybertech on 11 October 2026. This reading separates provisional billing, management targets and the October allotment from conclusions the documents do not establish. It describes those dated disclosures, not a real-time trading update.
The figures and their reporting labels
| Item | Company-reported figure | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Q1 billed revenue | ₹102.57 crore | Limited review |
| Q2 billed revenue | ₹115.64 crore | Provisional |
| H1 billed revenue | ₹218.21 crore | Provisional |
| H1 order book | ₹400 crore | Company-defined measure |
| FY27 billing guidance | ₹600 crore, previously ₹350 crore | Management target |
Read the investor update. The update describes EBITDA as negative but supplies no EBITDA figure. None of these labels turns guidance into an achieved result.
Billing, accounting revenue and cash need reconciliation
A billing measure needs a definition before it can be compared with recognised revenue or cash receipts. This update does not provide that reconciliation. Readers should not assume that a billed amount has been collected, or that it necessarily equals revenue in the financial statements. Limited review also does not mean a full audit.
Read the order-book claim as management's statement
Management describes roughly 55% of the H1 book as billed. The update also says ₹23 crore was billed from the ₹45 crore opening book (printed page 7). A complete bridge between opening orders, additions, billing and closing unbilled orders is not supplied. We therefore do not independently validate the conversion percentage or treat the ₹400 crore as a confirmed closing backlog.
An order-book headline should be read alongside contract timing, cancellation terms, delivery obligations and collections. Those details determine how useful a billing target is; a large headline alone does not answer them.
FY26 comparison: a parent-report summary
Form AOC-1 in 63 moons' FY26 annual report (PDF page 30, printed page 26, row 10) lists 63SATS turnover of ₹8,716.13 lakh and a loss after tax of ₹503.01 lakh. This is a summary inside the parent's report, not the subsidiary's full financial statements.
The report describes changes in subsidiary status during FY26. The period covered by that summary row has not been established here. We do not calculate like-for-like H1 growth from it or treat the provisional billing metric as directly comparable accounting revenue.
What the October allotment letter establishes
The 7 October allotment letter reports 8,10,00,000 shares of face value Re 1 allotted on 6 October on conversion of ZOFCDs. It states 63 moons' subsequent holding as 60.43%. The letter does not identify the investor, conversion price or total shares outstanding afterwards.
Face value is not a transaction price. Without the relevant capital and conversion disclosures, this article draws no valuation or per-share conclusion.
What remains to be checked
- Audited H1 statements and a bridge from billing to recognised revenue and collections.
- The subsidiary's full FY26 accounts and the period covered by the parent summary.
- Order-book definitions, execution and any revision of management guidance.
- Post-allotment capital and conversion terms from the relevant filings.
Guidance may be missed or revised. Unlisted securities can be illiquid and can lose part or all of their value. This source reading offers no price target or view on whether to invest.
